Shipping

1. Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days after we verify your payment.

2. We accept drop ship, please leave down your client address, we will send the parcel to them without our information.

3. Before ordering, please contact us to confirm you preferred shipping way. Normally, it takes 5-7 days for arrival by DHL, UPS, 7-9 days for Fedex and EMS.

4. The delivery time could be delayed because of bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance or festival express jam. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. We are pleased to help you for tracking parcel.

5. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fee, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes of importation to your country. These additional may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipment.

Warranty:

A. You may able to cancel the order within 7 days after receipt of items. Exchange&Return may not be accepted in the following cases:

1. The item has been damaged/ made defective by customer's fault   (Except for the package being opened to check the item)
2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/ consumption
3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive nature of the sale, so that it is unable to be sold again.
4. Unrecoverable liability has been made to the seller due to customization or unique production of items.

B. Defective Items and Others:

Most of the  products come with a 6-12 months warranty.Please contact us, full after-sales service to all our valued clients.
